Glamping at the Domaine des Feux Follets vineyard

At Domaine des Feux Follets, owners Sarah and Frédéric give visitors the opportunity to stay right on the estate, where they can explore the country setting of the certified organic vineyard. The accommodations are memorable: three magnificent ready-to-camp prospector-style tents located in a breathtaking location about a kilometre from the St. Lawrence River, looking onto nearly three hectares of vineyards. Each tent offers a different sleeping arrangement: a king-size bed, a double bed, or two single beds. The washroom is just steps away, and a shower is available for guests.

Parc du Massif du Sud’s new long-distance hiking trail

Parc du Massif du Sud and Les Sentiers des Etchemins are linking up their hiking trail networks in summer 2026, expanding the region’s long-distance hiking options. A new trail will connect Parc du Massif du Sud to the inter-municipal network managed by Les Sentiers des Etchemins.

What does this mean for hikers? More than 15 km of additional trails and the possibility of long-distance hikes between the Bellechasse and Etchemins sectors. The change comes in response to growing demand for longer-distance hiking. Visitors will be able to depart from the main reception centre in Saint-Philémon, make their way to Mont Saint-Magloire, and finish their trek at Mont Bonnet

Farm-to-table dining in the Beauce region

Nature and terroir make a pleasing pair at Les Jardins des 5 Moulins, a gourmet country restaurant in St-Honoré-de-Shenley. The initiative is led by the team at Les 5 Moulins restaurant, in the neighbouring village of La Guadeloupe.

Seated under an exterior pergola, guests savour an eight-course tasting menu with ingredients from the garden, local artisan producers, and foraged delicacies. The experience starts with a tour of the gardens, and continues with lovingly curated food and drink pairings. Presented by chef Véronique Paré, each dish tells a tale of the region.

Tickets for this first opening season go on sale online in April 2026.

From NRJ Spa Nordique to Sartiga Spa sur le lac

In Saint-Alfred, Sartiga Spa sur le lac (previously known as NRJ Spa Nordique) is embarking on a new chapter that spells far more than just a change of identity. The spa is unveiling a series of upgrades that add up to nothing less than a new lease on life.

New features include an “intergalactic” indoor relaxation room with floatation beds for a visual and auditory immersion experience. There’s also an infinity spa overlooking Lac Sartigan, and a barrel sauna on the roof. In the indoor spa, guests can float weightlessly in glass bubbles. With their accent on innovation and immersion, these bold additions are redefining the thermal experience.
